The 49th Annual General Meeting of the Pennant Hills Australian Football Club Inc
will be held at 7.30pm on Tuesday 26th November 2019 at the West Pennant Hills
Sports Club, 103 New Line Road, Cherrybrook 2126 – (room to be advised).
The business to be considered at the Annual General Meeting will be:

• Receive annual report of committee
• Receive annual accounts, balance sheet and financial statements
• Election of Office Bearers for season 2020
• Life Membership
• Consider the following notice of motion re amendment to the
Constitution;

Clause 25 Awards – Best Local First Year Player
To be amended to read: *Best Local First Year Player – is awarded to the player
who was under the age of 21 years as at 1st January, has not played more than 10
senior games at the start of the season and was recruited from a local junior club”
*This is to be applied retrospectively and to apply from season 2019 onwards.
