Get down to our last training session before Xmas, this Thursday the 21st of December at MKO. It’s a great chance to blow out some offseason cobwebs and catch up before the New Year’s break.

We’re running a shit shirt theme, so come along and train in your most Ho-Ho-Horrible polo, shirt or singlet (extra points for shocking Xmas numbers). The winner will take home a six pack and get a shoutout on our social media platforms.

We’re also going to have a BBQ set up with the bar open, accompanied by some great summer tunes.
