This refreshing wine shows all the characteristics of a classic Sauvignon Blanc with all its aromas of citrus and passion fruit and flavours of ripe tropical fruit with a clean crisp finish. The fruit for this wine was sourced from the South Eastern region of Australia.
HEATHCOTE CREEK – SHIRAZ
This shiraz is produced in the central Heathcote area, Vic . The deep purple red colour with vibrant crimson hues. The bouquet spicy damson plum, black pepper, mocha and chocolate aroma, supported by subtle vanillin oak. A generous palate of plum and dark cherry fruit, with savoury tannins, and great palate length.
