The Pennant Hills AFL club have a strong coaching panel appointed for season 2017 with the exception of our important Division 1 Men’s Coaching position and therefore seeking expressions of interest for a Sydney AFL coaching role.

Applicants should have a track record of successful playing and/or coaching, and a passion for team based principles, experience working with senior players, but capable of developing younger players.

We seek applicants that have the ability to engage closely with the existing Coaches and playing groups, in addition to executing the high standards expected at training, match days and around the club.

Applicants will have (or be prepared to secure) level 1 coaching accreditation, a strong collaborative “club first” attitude to selection, and strong communication and leadership behaviours.

Based in the Hills District at Cherrybrook’s Mike Kenny Oval, our club will field 6 teams in 2017, namely Premier Division Mens’, Division 1 Men’s, Division 3 Men’s, Division 5 Men’s, Under 19’s and Womens Division 1.

Our football club is one of the largest community based Sydney AFL clubs in Australia, deep in history, yet fast growing, progressive and determined to succeed and hence seeking applicants for a Sydney AFL coaching role of our Division 1 Men’s team.
