Welcome to 2015 to all Pennant Hills Players, Members, Supporters and Friends. Training starts again this Thursday, January 15. Preseason starts this Thursday and every Tuesday(6.30pm), Thursday(6.30pm) and Sunday (9.00am). We are again lucky to be using our home at MKO, Greenway Park for Preseason. This is again with the support of Baseball so please ensure you respect their training and do not walk across the training field when you arrive for training. Maddy Cove joins the Preseason Coaching Team As we embark on another year we welcome Maddy Cove to the Preseason Training Program. Maddy will be assisting in building the fitness base of our players using her professional background in fitness and conditioning, plus also bringing many new training exercise programs to Preseason. On behalf of all at Penno we thank Maddy for joining the Preseason Training team. Our coaching team for 2014 It is with great pleasure we announce Nathan Breen (Boxy) as Division 3 Coach and Todd Williams as the assistant Under 19 coach and Under 19 Division 2 Coach. We now have 5 of our 6 senior coaching positions filled are only looking for a Division 5 coach. All expressions of interest for this position should be sent to Bob Wray Bob.Wray@ossworldwide.com Season Draw released. Sydney AFL have released the draft draw. This will be finalised and distributed before the Australia Day long weekend. But as a heads up some we can advise some of the following  Round 1 is against St George at home. The Premier Division team will be kicking off at 6.30pm.  Round 2 is the Grand Final rematch against Manly at Weldon oval.  Round 3 is ANZAC Day against Wests at Picken Oval  Round 4 is East Coast (back in Sydney AFL) at home again with a 6.30pm kick-off for the Premier Division team. Best Wishes to Alex Goodall and Lloyd Sheppard As you may have seen on the Sydney AFL website we have lost 2 our Premier Division players for 2015. We wish Alex the best at Albury Tigers where he will be playing in arguably the best Country Football league in Australia – we at Penno are sure he will be star there as he was with us. Lloyd Sheppard has moved to London for 12 months with partner Rachael Carter. We wish Lloyd and Rachael the best for their time in London. As a great club we wish Shep and Cheese the best and look forward to their return to Penno in the future.
